Water can be a boring drink but why not make your favourite fruits a drink? It's a great way of reducing food waste!





Ingredients

A handful of ice cubes
A handful of your favourite fruits
Honey - it can be easiest to get the squirty kind!
Any additional flavourings like mint leaves


Method

The key with these smoothies is to use the combinations of fruit you like. You could start with something like mango and passionfruit. Strawberries and a scoop of icecream could be an option too!

  1. In your smoothie maker, combine your ingredients
  2. Blitz the smoothie up
  3. Taste as you go and add flavourings to make the drink match what you like!
