2 eggs
Butter
Sugar
Self raising flour
Cocoa powder
Chocolate chips (or your choice of chocolate!)
Method
Weigh your two eggs with the shell on - record this measurement, you'll need it later!
In a bowl, add the measurement of butter and caster sugar. Mix them together until they're pale and fluffy.
Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Take your initial measurement, take off about 30g from this. This is how much cocoa powder you should add. Add this to your bowl and mix well until combined.
Add your flour - be sure that everything is combined
Add about a tablespoon of mixture into cupcake cases and cook for 12-15 minutes.
