Chinese Salmon

Serve this salmon with your choice of rice, noodles, salad or a combination!

Salmon, like a variety of other fish is a really quick cook so is a great speedy dinner!




Ingredients

1 fillet of salmon per person
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Honey
Your choice of salad, noodles or rice


Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix equal amounts of honey and soy sauce
  2. Coat your salmon fillet in the marinade. If you have time you can wait a little to let the flavours absorb into the fish
  3. In a frying pan, cook your salmon. The salmon is cooked when it's opaque and pink all the way through.
  4. Serve your salmon alongside the choice of rice / salad or noodles
